Rohit comes with 25 years of rich work experience, of which the last 5 years have been in the Learning, Development and Training arena, during which he has been part of several global programs like Business Edge and Coaching for Engagement. He has gained immense cross functional exposure in four significant domains – Strategy, Operations, Human Resource Management and Training & Development – as part of the Indian Army for 20 years.

Over the years, he has developed his passion for training and development into a full-fledged professional domain. Rohit’s stint in military operations included three high-profile Training Assignments, which led his transformation into to an accomplished professional with Strategic Focus, Razor-sharp Diagnostics and high Operational Effectiveness. With assignments across a broad spectrum, ranging from grass-root level leadership to strategic planning, he is extremely adept at managing volume as well as complexity.

Rohit has received 2 commendation awards for his strategic thinking, dedication, operational excellence and meritorious service to the organization. He has done his Masters in Strategy from Madras University. He has also been certified as professional trainer by School of Tactical Warfare, Army War College of Strategy, College of Military Communications & Technology, and College of Materials Management.

Rohit has also authored and published two books. His rich army experience and ambition in the areas of Training & Development inspired him to bring in a blend of hands-on learning of hard and soft skills to Organization Learning and Professional Development- from strategy to execution and from people management to performance management.
