Rachna is an energetic trainer and facilitator with work experience of 27 years, of which 9 years, she has been in roles leading Organization Learning & Development in companies like Colgate, Samsung and American Express and the last 18 years as a Master Trainer, Facilitator and Coach of many Global/ local Programs. She has conducted several workshops/ programs in Malaysia, Korea, Singapore, Dubai, UK and Canada. She conducts programs and workshops to meet the requirements across all levels of leadership.

Rachna is a Certified Master Trainer by Clarity Development Consulting Inc., Canada and the Lead Coach to facilitate Coaching for Engagement™ Leader as ‘A COACH’ programs in India. She was certified by Clarity Coach Bob Hancox (the author of the book ‘Coaching for Engagement’) during his visit to India in Nov 2008, and has conducted several workshops over the years for senior and middle level leaders.

Rachna has been Training and certifying Trainers for many workshops. As per the global requirements, she also conducts structured follow up calls and wrap up sessions as required by the Clients. She ensures that her delivery reflects the needs of various clients as per their business requirements. She also conducts workshops on Energy for Performance, another global program from USA. She is an Executive Coach and provides coaching to several people across functions.

Rachna has extensive experience in designing and conducting global and domestic Training Programs on multiple Leadership Skills (including Managerial Effectiveness, Effective Appraisals, Situational Leadership, Communication Skills, Business Writing, Collaborating & Influencing, Team Building, Change Management ), Selling Skills & Field Coaching Skills. She is a certified MBTI trainer. She has been focused in identifying training/development needs and customizing training programs based on the needs like employee satisfaction actions and learning tracks. She is also certified in Infomapping methodology.

Having started her career in Sales with Colgate Palmolive, Rachna gained in-depth experience in Sales & Sales Training. She then joined Samsung Electronics Ltd. as Manager Training and later moved to American Express (I) Ltd. as Training Leader. She is now working with large organizations and MNCs in IT/ BPO services, BFSI, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, and other domains. She has enabled several organizations’ effectiveness and culture building initiatives.
