Krish is a Chartered Accountant with work experience of 25years in leadership roles for finance, corporate strategy, governance & risk management, system / process orientation, leadership and people assessment and development. He has worked in publishing, retail, hospitality, consulting and training domains at large and medium size companies in India and Maldives.

As a Finance professional, Krish joined The Hindu, to focus on developing systems and processes . Later he expanded his role to taxation, audit, controllership and risk management, qualified as Certified Information Systems Auditor, and enhanced his expertise in large corporations like RPG Retail and Deloitte. Subsequently at Maldives for 4years in internal audit systems and processes.

Krish has been associated with RvaluE since 2007 as Senior Consultant to develop and deliver leadership development modules. His approach is unique, blending ‘learning with fun’, as his sessions drive lessons through movies, music, poetry, nature and sports. He has been associated with multiple organizations and institutions to conduct leadership and personal effectiveness workshops.

Given his interest in human resource development, in 2009, he qualified for MSc. in psychology from Madras University, gaining experience in psychometric tools for better assessment of people and leadership skill-sets and behaviors. He has conducted people and leadership development interventions across levels.. His behavioral interactions liberally utilized psychometric tools to enable people assessment and fitment with strong alignment to competencies relevant to clients/organizations.

Krish has a natural flair for psychology, ability to understand people and impart training that creates high impact. His interests include writing of articles on leadership, life, human values and excellence, empowerment, and draws from best practices from research on global corporations. He actively participates in social service.
