Ravi Ramakrishnan is the Founder & CEO of RvaluE Group. He is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary with 35+ years of corporate sector experience. His vision is to enable organizations and people to ‘realize business value’. Ravi is recognized for his business and people leadership and has actively pursued the approach of enhancing and transforming the capability of leaders through workshops, mentoring and coaching of skills, knowledge and behaviors.

Starting his career with Hindustan Unilever Limited, he comes with senior leadership experience as Controller/Commercial Manager in Murugappa Group, became the CFO at Eicher Group, and in his last role, was part of the global leadership team as Vice President and Business Leader at American Express to set up the pioneering Global Financial Center. He enabled growth and globalization of the Shared Service operations, creating ‘global centers of excellence’, and working with customers across the globe.

Ravi is a firm believer that business and people are two sides of the same coin and has evolved the Performance Framework of RvaluE – E to the power of 4 (E4) – Energy, Engagement, Execution and Excellence. He set up RvaluE Consulting for business services and RvaluE Learning Systems to focus on capability consulting and learning services to enable individual leadership development, individual capability development and organizational capability development. He believes in partnerships with a collaborative approach to consulting, training and leadership services.

Ravi is an Executive Coach to senior/ midlevel leaders in technology, finance, CXOs, fast track leaders, HR and capability development. The areas of coaching include business and financial acumen, communication and collaboration, role transitions, business and technology roles. He is a Trainer for global programs from USA and Canada, and attended the TTT for Business Edge/ IFC-World Bank. He is a regular speaker at national and international conferences. He is also the first independent consultant in India certified by ITSqc, Carnegie Mellon University, USA to implement eSCM – eSourcing Capability Model, and the emerging global standard for the SSC/BPO/ITO space.
